With Dance Department Lead James Washington

In this class, James will teach an intermediate/advanced jazz combination.

What you need:

- Clear a space in your home big enough to give you space to move around. Be sure there are no large objects like coffee tables, plants or chairs in the way.
- Put on appropriate footwear: Sneakers, socks, ballet shoes, jazz shoes or bare feet. You may need to adjust based on the floor you are dancing on.

Biography

James Washington
James Washington is the dance department lead. His choreography credits include: Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Slippery Rock, Cleveland School of the Arts, Houston Met Too Youth Company, Netflix and Lifetime Television. He was the male recipient of the “Brazzy Award” for achievement in the field of dance, honoring his impressive list of concert and musical theatre credits. He’s a proud member of Actors Equity Association.
